Prior to entering real estate, Fred served as partner for more than a decade in a $50 million wholesale apparel manufacturing company, with his main responsibilities consisting of sales and merchandising. Most recently, he worked for two publicly-traded sportswear companies, effectively mobilizing a national sales force for their branded dress divisions. Sharp, intuitive, and extremely creative in his business approach, he is empathetic to people's individual needs as well as responsive in his efforts to achieve the most satisfactory outcome.
An Upper East Side resident for the past 15 years, Fred not only lives with his wife Karen, as well as their son, but also partners his real estate efforts with her to create a powerful service team for buyers and sellers.
