Gail Cunningham has been an active real estate agent for over 20 years and has been a top-producing professional. Her strict attention to detail and extremely hard work has earned her trust from her clients – buyers and sellers alike. In addition to being a successful agent in her own right, Gail has been an Assistant for over 10 years to Nancy Dauk, Executive Vice President of Halstead Property and top Sales Broker.
Born and raised in the area (Bedford, New York), Gail has been a resident of Darien for 35 years. She has raised two children who have gone all the way through the Darien School system from K-12 and now looks forward to having her two beautiful new grandchildren attend Darien schools as well. While her children were in school, Gail was very involved in the education process and has a good grasp of the workings of the local school system. Past President of the Ox Ridge PTO, Middlesex and Darien High School volunteer and on the Council of Darien School Parents.
She takes her real estate career just as seriously and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, Darien Board of Realtors, Darien Multiple Listing Service, New Canaan Multiple Listing Service, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service and National Referral Network. Also, Gail has served on the Darien Board of Realtors as Director, past two term President and one term Vice President. She has traveled extensively throughout the country as a Board Officer attending conferences, trainings sessions and networking events – even helping to build a complete home for Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans at a recent National Convention. She currently is on the Membership and Nominating Committee for the Darien Board of Realtors.
Gail lists and sells in several towns including Darien, New Canaan, Norwalk (including Rowayton) and Stamford.
In her spare time, Gail enjoys working in her yard and is an avid gardener.
