With more than twenty years experience as a licensed architect, George Sirinakis brings a unique vision to the marketing of residential property. George has developed a diverse design vernacular that he has applied to the design of traditional and contemporary homes, alike, that could prove beneficial to prospective sellers and buyers in today's competitive market. He has an understanding of construction and design costs, allowing the seller to reap the greatest financial benefit from staging properties for resale.

Now George brings these formidable skills to real estate marketing. Offering a truly unique skill-set, George blends his expertise both as an architect and Realtor to meet his clients’ needs, whether building, renovating or buying and selling a home.

George has specialized in the renovation and alteration of single family, high-end residential homes in Greenwich and Westchester, and commercial and corporate projects in New York City. He has worked with distinguished Greenwich interior designers and builders, and further broadened the scope of architectural expertise with the design of custom architectural millwork, custom kitchens, and furniture for a discerning New England clientele.

Working with a diverse clientele, George is sensitive to the emotional and practical impact of good home design. Whether building a new house from ground up, or looking at an existing home in which to relocate, the principle is the same: the home belongs to the client. The goal is to guide the client to a home that is elegant, functional, and comfortable. George subscribes to the philosophy that the design of the home should accommodate the client’s personality and individual needs without sacrificing the aesthetic character. George's insight will help guide a prospective homeowner through this process, striving for comfort, aesthetics and sound construction that will ultimately conclude in a dwelling that will be enjoyed for years to come.
