When Giulia Rattazzi moved to New York City from Florence, she absolutely fell in love with the most exciting city in the world. This coming from a person raised in the capitol of renaissance beauty, with a deep understanding and appreciation of aesthetics, means a lot. She is dependable, honest, motivated and organized, and this approach puts her clients and customers at ease during the entire real estate process. Before moving to the U.S., Giulia worked in business to business sales and she perfected the art of working in a competitive business, meeting deadlines and seeking out her own business. After she moved to New York, she got a job as an event planner to promote Italian food and wine products. That job proved to be an ideal mesh of her old culture and her new city, an excellent starting point to her new life. She was able to sharpen her interpersonal skills and develop her personable nature and ability to successfully deal with clients. After taking some time off to raise her twin children, Giulia was ready to re-enter the work force and challenge herself. She saw the tremendous opportunity of real estate and, with her skills, personality and entrepreneurial spirit, it was a perfect fit.

Having moved from Italy, Giulia fully understands the challenges and emotions involved in the process of making New York City home. This puts her in an excellent position to deal with foreign investors and those moving to the Big Apple for the first time. She possesses an expansive knowledge of all the neighborhoods in Manhattan, but her expertise lies in the Downtown market, where she has lived since coming to the U.S.

Giulia currently lives in the Village with her three-year-old twins and husband. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and she loves working out, especially running. She ran, and finished, the 2010 NYC Marathon, which further speaks to her motivation and determination.
