Gloria is a native New Yorker and a proud resident of Manhattan. She has also resided in Miami, Florida, Northampton, Massachusetts, New London, Connecticut and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Gloria attended Smith College later in life as a non-traditional age student and graduated as an Ada Comstock Scholar. She then went on to graduate from the City University of New York, School of Law and is licensed to practice in New York State.

Gloria joined Halstead Property, LLC with a legal background, bringing, among other things, her skills of mediation and negotiation to the real estate industry. As an attorney, she further developed her natural attention to detail, which continues to be a terrific asset to her real estate clients. As a home owner in New York, Connecticut, and in Puerto Rico, Gloria understands the complexities surrounding purchasing and selling property—she is patient and willing to guide her clients caringly through the process. As a thriving cancer survivor, Gloria can handle and tackle most anything—working fearlessly to please her clients and to give them peace of mind.

In her free time, Gloria and her partner enjoy their French bulldog (Henri) and blue-eyed Boston Terrier (June). She loves boating in Connecticut, beachcombing in Puerto Rico, tennis, golf and biking on the Hudson River Park along the West Side Highway. Currently residing in the West Village, on one of NYC’s favorite Landmark streets, Gloria has lived all over Manhattan, and has a knowledge base of much of New York City. If you are looking for a restaurant or retail therapy recommendation on the lower Westside, if you need that perfect post-theatre spot, or if you want to know where the best tennis courts are, just ask Glo.

Brooklyn real estate has become another area of Gloria’s expertise. Seeing that she lives in lower Manhattan, it is simply a short subway or car ride from home. Gloria has had great success in marketing homes in Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens, Fort Greene and Park Slope and is always willing to discover new territories.

Gloria’s mantra: “Live where you love and love where you live.”
