Grace attended LaGuardia High School of the Arts, having studied the piano, flute and oboe, then went on to pursue a career in the fashion industry, after studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Grace has held positions in apparel buying, sales, public relations and logistics, and since 2002 has translated those skills in sales, marketing and problem solving into a fruitful real estate career.
Working for Halstead as an Associate Broker, Grace understands first hand what it takes to have longevity in this rollercoaster ride of an industry! She works with integrity, sincerity, and tenacity and as the owner of multiple Manhattan properties, she brings to her clients a professional style that relishes the process of identifying, negotiating, and closing on a good investment. Identifying with both the Seller and Buyer viewpoints, she works closely with her clients and handles every transaction as if it were her own, always defending their interests.
