Manhattan native Gregg acquired his knowledge of New York City neighborhoods first hand, from growing up on the upper west side.
Prior to entering real estate, Gregg was a professional counselor, a field that required him to hone his listening ability. After counseling, Gregg moved into corporate sales where he polished his negotiating skills. The combination of counseling and sales experience makes Gregg an exceptional real estate agent.
His relationship with each customer begins with intently listening to their needs, and progresses to Gregg functioning as the bottom-line educator throughout the transaction process. Leaving no stone unturned, and no question unanswered, he focuses thoroughly on his client’s individual requirements, and strives to continually provide critically important information, sound advice, and well-targeted results.
Gregg focuses his energy and enthusiasm on the Manhattan market with particular expertise in the Upper West Side, Chelsea, Flat Iron and Gramercy neighborhoods.
