Real estate has always been a personal passion of Harry Nussbaum’s. Having bought, renovated and sold many homes over the years, Harry decided to “make it official” in 2001 and get his real estate license so he could bring his investment savvy and eye for value to others.
Specializing in the Essex, Morris, Union, Bergen, Hudson and Somerset Counties, Harry knows his markets as well as the goals of the buyers and sellers who seek his expertise. He has an uncanny way of sizing up clients quickly, putting them immediately at ease, and guiding them through the search or sale process with utmost attentiveness. Besides handling resales, he also is part of an on-site sales team at a new luxury loft development in Jersey City.
With two Masters degrees in Social Work and Industrial Labor Relations, Harry has spent the duration of his career helping people as a counselor and administrator for a private non-profit organization. It’s no surprise he’s enjoyed equal success as a trusted real estate advisor who brings the same care and attention to his loyal customer and clients. As Harry puts it, he tends to “listen more than he speaks,” which is the key to actually “hearing” both what’s spoken and unspoken when it comes to a person’s true needs.
Originally from the Hudson Valley, NY, Harry has lived in New Jersey for the last 20 years. He currently resides in Maplewood, NJ with his partner and their dog. Outside of work, Harry most enjoys the quiet solitude he finds outdoors while taking a swim or long walk. He also likes to lose himself in the captivating storyline of a good film when time allows.
