Isaac Halpern focuses on the downtown Manhattan market, and has developed expertise in other areas including Riverdale and neighborhoods in Brooklyn such as Park Slope, Fort Greene and Williamsburg. With eight years of experience and dozens of apartments and houses sold, Mr. Halpern is proactive in anticipating and masterful at solving all the obstacles that arise during the deal process. His resourcefulness and communication skills have gained him a loyal following.
Mr. Halpern believes strongly that ‘a home sells how it shows’. To that end, he works closely with his photographers to make sure each home looks its best on print and on the web. Moreover, he often helps owners stage their homes and hires draftsmen to create custom floor plans. This attention to detail in creating the right look for each home is one reason why his listings sell in all markets.
Working with buyers is a pleasure for Isaac. He takes the time to get to know his clients well and he truly enjoys the challenge and adventure of finding them the perfect home. Buyers appreciate Mr. Halpern for his professionalism, negotiation skills and keen knowledge of New York City.
A native New Yorker, Isaac Halpern graduated from Bard College with a degree in Russian History and received his MBA and Masters in Urban Planning from Columbia University. When not working, Isaac enjoys sailing, skiing and a love affair with the game of tennis.
