In the Spring of 2007, Jay Navia made a career decision to enter the real estate industry. As a newly licensed agent, he worked directly with several top producing agents to learn the nuances and intricacies of the real estate profession, developing negotiating skills and market knowledge to assist in the sale and marketing of every type of property.

Jay is a professional whose attention to detail and market knowledge enables him to realize the needs of buyers and sellers, no matter the price point or location. His enthusiasm brings a fresh perspective to his clients, and armed with his skills and experience, Jay is a natural choice, whether buying or selling.

Before venturing into real estate, Jay volunteered as an EMT-B for his hometown of West New York to serve his community. He attended Devry University, where he studied Business Management, and worked as a private investigator. He enjoys traveling to his birthplace of Cartagena, Colombia. He also owns a seven-year-old Jack Russell.

In addition to Hoboken and Jersey City, Jay specializes in West New York, Weehawken, North Bergen, Cliffside Park, Edgewater, Fort Lee and Englewood.
