Jeanne Rozel has enjoyed being a long time resident of New Canaan. She and her family moved here from Indiana in 1975. Throughout the years Jeanne has volunteered for a variety of local causes, mainly with the schools, church and scouting. Her committment was recognized when she received theHonor Award for significant service to the Girl Scouts. Presently, Jeanne and a group of friends maintain the Merrie Bee Girl Scout Cabin in Kiwanis Park. It is a wonderful asset for New Canaan scouts.
With equal enthusiasm and loyalty Jeanne enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Be they buyers or sellers, taking it slow or moving fast, steadfast in what they want or uncertain, Jeanne stays with them seeing they get the best possible service.
Jeanne has served as President of the New Canaan Board of Realtors and Director of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, she is also a member of the New Canaan Board of Zoning Appeals. She has just completed a three year term on the New Canaan Board of Assessment Appeals and is thus especially knowledgeable about property taxation issues. In 2002 Jeanne won the prestigious New Canaan Realtor of the Year Award.
