With over 25 years of advertising and marketing experience (he was founder and CEO of two flourishing New York agencies) Jeff is ideally positioned to create a successful buying, selling or renting strategy to help clients meet their needs. The combination of Halstead's capabilities and Jeff's creativity and resourcefulness offers reassurance that clients will be well served.

His first step is an in-depth review of his clients' needs and desires from the highest priorities to the smallest (but still significant) details. Everything else flows from these clearly delineated objectives.

A vital part of his approach is to fully exploit every component of Halstead's immense capabilities in pursuit of his client's goals:

  • 10 times greater internet presence than competitors (and 77% of all home searches begin on-line)
  • More exposure on NYTimes.com than any competitor
  • Extensive additional advertising coverage in newspapers and magazines
  • Unique store front windows in 10 prime locations around the city
  • Well over 500 Halstead agents plus nearly 6000 co-brokers to help find buyers, sellers and renters
  • The largest network of US and global partners to reach prospective buyers moving to the City
  • The largest in-house advertising/marketing support group working round the clock to advertise and market clients properties
  • ValuExchange -providing a larger data base of property pricing and information than any competitor so Halstead agents' price opinions are based on more accurate information than any competitors

While resources are critical, the picture is only completed when an agent brings enthusiasm, patience, diligence, determination, negotiating skills and (importantly) good humor to his clients' undertaking. Jeff strives to do just that.

Jeff has resided in New York for over 25 years. He knows and enjoys the City. His education is ongoing but formally includes the Taft School in Connecticut, Colgate University (BA in Philosophy) and New York University Graduate School of Business (Finance).

He loves (clearly not in order of importance or intensity) windsurfing, rollerblading, film, fine arts, music, reading, travel, Central Park and his family-- and actually lots more.
