With a multi- facetted background, Jennifer Capala has acquired many skills which lend themselves towards making her a natural in the field of real estate. Jennifer recently moved to Columbia County from Brooklyn after having developed several properties there. Her experience as a developer has made her savvy in the art of buying, selling and enhancing the true potential of a variety of properties.

Prior to working as a developer, Jennifer established a photography business which focused on documenting architecture and interiors for top designers throughout New York City. Running a photography business not only enhanced her skills in sales and marketing but also made her eye keen to the art of styling a room which can lend itself perfectly to the art of staging a home prior to sale.

When Jennifer was not busy working on a development or photographing, she was actively renovating her homes with her contractor husband Paul. This hands -on construction experience along with a background in architecture and design has given her a grounded sense of what the true potential of any home can be.

Jennifer’s background may have been varied but the main lesson she has learned is that service to any client is paramount. Not only will Jennifer bring you a sharp sense of sales, marketing and style but she will also bring with it first rate service and a deep understanding of ethical professionalism.
