Jennifer Donovan has been selling real estate in New Canaan since 2004. A resident of New Canaan since 1992, her clients benefit from her unsurpassed understanding of the real estate market on both a macro and local level. In addition, Jennifer offers clients her loyalty, determination, and her ability to manage real estate transactions smoothly and efficiently in all market environments.
Jennifer's business background includes working in public relations in New York City for major financial institutions, including Salomon Brothers and American Express. Jennifer graduated from Hillsdale College with a B.A. and worked for the Congressional Joint Economic Committee in Washington, D.C. before moving to Manhattan.
Her community involvement includes Board positions on the New Canaan Young Women's League, serving on the Outreach Committee of St. Mark's Church, the New Canaan Historic District Commission, and numerous hours dedicated to New Canaan's elementary, middle and high schools - all of which her children have attended.
Jennifer currently holds a financial securities license as well as her real estate license. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, New Canaan Board of Realtors, and the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
Jennifer would gladly offer her clients as references. At the end of her last transaction, Jennifer's client wrote, "Mostly, thank you for all of your help throughout this process. We never would have gotten the house without your help and persistence."
