Jennifer has lived all over Manhattan for the past twenty years enjoying all that city life has to offer. She has lived on the Upper Westside, Midtown and chose to buy in “suburbia Manhattan” in Washington Heights to raise her family. She loves the arts, especially the theatre, the many museums, exhibits, parks, zoos, historical sites, and architecture of New York City.
Her knowledge of various neighborhoods, playgrounds, school options, her experience serving as Vice-President on her Coop Board, and her community involvement will serve her clients well. With a specialty in Upper Manhattan, she can help you find a wonderful home.
Jennifer is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of William and Mary in Virginia, has a Certificate in Real Estate from the Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute at Baruch College, and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
Here’s what satified customers and clients have to say:
As first time home buyers, my husband and I were completely overwhelmed by our lack of knowledge concerning buying a home. Jennifer allayed all of our fears, answered all of our questions, and walked us step-by-step through the entire process. Her love for her clients and desire to help them reach their dreams of home-ownership, coupled with her positive disposition and consummate professionalism made the process of purchasing a home a true pleasure. Jennifer is truly one-of-a-kind, and we couldn’t have been in better hands! - Casey & Matt CampbellJen took the time to get to know us and our building, which enabled her to help us find a buyer that fit the neighborhood. Because we moved before the closing and were having some renovations done, Jennifer continued to work on our behalf to see the work through in our absence. When there was a problem, Jen alerted us immediately so that we were able to maintain the closing date. What can I say - she really came through for us and would be the first person we would call should we need to sell or purchase again in NYC. - Christopher RobertsJennifer is not your typical real estate agent. I never felt pushed or pressured. She listened to us at every point in the sale process. We’d tried working with another realtor and had a very different experience. Suddenly with Jen on the scene, we had tons of interest. Our neighbors all wanted her card. She was also incredibly respectful of our family’s schedule when arranging showings. Jen had fantastic suggestions for how to show our apartment in it’s best light and helped execute the improvements. I only wish that Jennifer practiced in Massachusetts too so she could have helped us find and purchase our next home! I cannot recommend her highly enough. - Elissa LashHalstead Property, LLC
