Jeremy Bolger was born and raised in Greenwich Village, spending his formative years living on West 12th Street. He has lived in lower Manhattan for his entire life, through which he has seen many neighborhoods undergo radical transformations. By understanding these changes, he is able to offer his clients a detailed analysis of prospective neighborhoods, allowing them the ability to make an informed purchase for a home that will serve as a great place to live as well as a smart investment.
For the past nine years, he has lived on the lower east side, handling numerous sales in Co-op Village on Grand St. His extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods managing agents, mortgage brokers, board members and local influencers has made him an invaluable source to both buyers and sellers in the area. By treating each of his clients needs individually, he establishes a level of trust that allows them to know that every detail will be handled meticulously.
