John is a seasoned real estate broker who specializes in the purchase and sale of Manhattan apartments. He has lived in New York since 1972 and has served on his co-op’s board of directors for 22 years. Originally from Long Island, he graduated from Hamilton College and then worked in South America with the Peace Corps and the Ecuadorean Development Foundation helping to design and implement their micro-lending projects. Subsequently, he returned to New York and ran a manufacturing business for 31 years where he honed his sales, marketing and negotiating skills and learned the value of great customer service.
