Awarded the Prestigious Residential Deal Of The Year for Rentals in the Year 2000 by the Real Estate Board of New York.
To John Parsegian, real estate is not just his career but a way of life. He discovered this "lifestyle" in 1988 and Manhattan residential real estate has been his focus ever since.
John prides himself as a people first person, which has earned him the trust of a broad spectrum of clients ranging from world-renowned educators to financial analysts to actors.
Servicing many Fortune 500 companies and their relocating employees, John's in depth knowledge of Manhattan, downtown as well as uptown, has been an enormous resource. It has enabled him to assist clients in articulating their specific real estate needs in conjunction with the constantly changing New York market.
John grew up in the Philadelphia area and attended Central High School. He then went on to Temple University and Michigan State University where he studied in communications.
Prior to real estate, John was a restaurateur living in California and Las Vegas before coming to New York.
John is also fluent in Greek and, outside of real estate, enjoys reading, travel, politics and sports.
