After seven years in commercial leasing, Jonathan Cohen has joined Halstead Property's Investment Sales division to head up the Commercial Office and Retail Leasing team. With well over 100 office and retail deals completed, ranging from 1,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet, Jonathan has excellent relationships with building owners and other commercial brokers, as well as expertise in the commercial market throughout Manhattan.
A native of Bayside, Queens, Jonathan graduated from Buffalo State and Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is married, has one daughter and lives in Manhattan. Jonathan has extensive knowledge of New York City's commercial leasing and sales market, along with an upbeat and friendly disposition.
