Whether you consider your home to be your castle, your single largest investment, or simply the place where you crash at the end of the day, finding the right home can mean many different things to many different people. Enlisting the guidance of an agent who understands the home buying process from a number of perspectives is crucial to finding the right home to suit your needs.

Mr. KillKelley has been investing in real estate since 1997 in his spare time while working full time in the telecommunications industry. Starting with the purchase of his primary residence, a 1-bedroom co-op apartment in the East Village, Jay managed to use the equity from this and subsequent investments to accumulate a small portfolio of properties, including two apartment buildings in Brooklyn and a condominium in Brazil. As a landlord, a co-op board member, and a buyer and seller of properties, Jay truly understands the real estate transaction and you can be rest assured knowing that you have an experienced, honest and savvy agent working on your behalf.

Jay came to New York in 1994 upon graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelors degree in Business Management. He was born and raised in Laconia, New Hampshire and stays true to his small town sensibilities of honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. In his free time, he enjoys any opportunity to get outdoors - whether it be running, playing tennis, snowboarding, or you may see him cruising through Manhattan traffic on his bicycle.
