Judith Saunders came to the real estate industry in 1995 after a successful ten year career as an attorney in Scarsdale, NY. Having found the real estate transactions in which she participated particularly interesting and satisfying, when it was time to make a change, real estate was the obvious choice. Judith was more than ready to leave the solitary confinement of desk work and be out in the field working with buyers and sellers to help accomplish their goals. She is now an Executive Vice President in the Halstead Park Avenue Flagship office.

Judith’s clients, both buyers and sellers, benefit from her legal background as she works to reach their objectives and structure their transactions. Superior organizational and research skills are important factors in assessing a client’s needs and wishes, in both their home searches and sales. She is known for total preparation and application of real knowledge from every aspect, coupled with high energy and determination. During her career at Halstead Property, LLC, she has consistently been one of a select group of brokers who have participated in high-end transactions and she has won a number of awards for the highest number of closed deals in a quarter. Among her especially satisfying achievements are more than sixty apartment sales in the building in which she resides.

Judy est entrée dans l’activité immobilière en 1985 pour y travailler successivement en tant qu’avocate et négociatrice.
