Friends and peers describe Justine Beirne as "the most genuine person they know." Justine hails from Highland Lakes in Northern New Jersey. After graduating from Drew University with a BA in philosophy, Justine moved to the Upper West Side to complete a Master's program at Columbia University. It was on 102nd St. and Broadway that her love affair with the island of Manhattan began, and Justine has been a resident of New York ever since, living in a number of neighborhoods: including Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Chelsea, Midtown West, and the East Village. Justine's rigorous training in philosophy has taught her how to solve logical equations with multiple vairables- the type of problem solving that helps buyers find the perfect home- while her experience in different neighborhoods can guide buyers to the corner of the city that is perfect for them.
Previously, Justine worked as the Chelsea District Manager for a small start-up brokerage that focused primarily on new luxury developments. Leading a team of 5 agents, Justine succesfully established a market share in one of New York's hottest neighborhoods.
An avid runner, triathlete, and fledgling yogini, Justine will definately add energy and fun to your buying or selling process- all the way through to the finish line- or closing table.
