As a working mother with two teenagers, Karen has undertaken the complexities of a full-time Real Estate career without losing sight of her parenting and homemaking skills.
Her educational credits include an accounting degree from which she segueyed directly into a 15 year commitment with a busy Manhattan-based accounting firm. Building on this experience, she then chose to work for one of the largest child developmental programs in Nassau County where she was responsible for overseeing their financial and business-related records as well as coordinating the personnel benefit programs of over 120 individual employees.
While ensconced in that position of responsibility, Karen was buying and selling homes on Long Island, and grew to appreciate the intricacies of Real Estate deal making.
When the opportunity to join the prestigious Halstead Property, LLC presented itself, Karen upgraded her career track and accepted the challenge. Armed with her accounting and interpersonal skills of 20 + years, she has been assisting future homeowners find their dream residence, one successful negotiation at a time.
