Having begun his real estate career as an assistant to John Ciraulo President of Massey Knakal Realty Services, he has learned what it takes to be a good neighborhood expert. When he was with William B. May he evaluated over 300 buildings in the area and has closed in excess of $10 million in sales.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York Kervin majored in real estate at New York University. He has taken courses such as real estate finance, real estate marketing and psychology. All of which has helped him better serve his client's needs.
His honesty and knowledge of his product and market has helped him build a strong presence in the area, which assures the best outcome possible for his client. He is always happy to give potential sellers an opinion of value on a property, thus allowing them to begin the marketing procedure with accuracy.
