Kevin Baum loves making people happy. That is why he got into real estate. He feels that there is no better experience than seeing someone in their dream home.
Kevin was born and raised in Westchester, New York. The son of an investment banker and an interior designer, Kevin has a unique perspective on business and creativity. Before starting his career in real estate, Kevin worked in New Business Development for some of New York’s top marketing agencies. It was his role to find hungry buyers and to pair them with the flawless agencies he represented. His pairing abilities have carried over perfectly to the world of residential real estate, matching buyers with properties.
When he is not showing apartments or working on real estate deals, Kevin works hard as Board Member to help the cause of SelfHelp NextGen, a charity dedicated to providing aid to victims of Nazi persecution. The grandson of a survivor, Kevin’s interest in the area came at an early age.
Kevin’s knowledge of New York City is rich and always on target. Having lived here for over eight years, he knows all the best places as well as the trends that people follow. With that in mind, he works tirelessly to fulfill the needs of his clients.
