A native New Yorker, Kim lived and worked in her hometown Brooklyn market for 15 years before transitioning her talents to Manhattan. She knows all the ins and outs of every neighborhood, as well as the inventory of buildings and best property types for each of her client’s unique needs.
An Upper West Side resident since 2003, Kim helps people find more than just homes, she helps them decide on a location that best suits their lifestyle, taking time to present all the educational, recreational, shopping and dining offering of the different areas. A graduate of Baruch College with a BBA degree in Finance, Kim also brings strong financial and budgeting skills to her real estate deals thank to her prior background in banking.
The mother of two college-age children, Kim enjoys spending family time whenever possible. She also takes full advantage of Central Park and has volunteered her time to Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital.
