Kim Sulilvan-Beier began her real estate career in Dallas, Texas working with developers such as Centex Homes. As a new development onsite sales person, she honed her professional skills by focusing on her clients’ specific needs; not only when making an upcoming purchase, but also what it takes to prepare a property for market when readying for a sale.
In the early part of Kim’s professional life, she was introduced to Jon Gollinger, then founder of The Condominium Collaborative Inc., now known as Accelerated Marketing Partners, LLC. She began working for his firm where she headed and lead key development locations and is credited for starting the companies first resale division at Charles River Park in Downtown Boston. Kim then moved to Manhattan where she was associated with several high powered marketing companies, such as James Charles Stewart and Louise Sunshine.
After meeting and marrying her husband John, they moved to the Northeast with their daughter and now happily call New Jersey home. While starting her family, Kim transitioned into her niche real estate specialty of resales. With her family all grown, Kim joined Halstead Property.
When Kim is not finding her clients their homes, she invests and manages in her own property. She enjoys her downtime with friends and family.
