Kim Giannattasio combines her interest in home design with her desire for helping people to create a real estate career that has proven equally rewarding for the satisfied customers she serves. After earning her BS degree in Nursing from Villanova University, Kim applied her caring nature as a pediatric nurse in Washington, D.C. Years later returning to Connecticut, she switched gears and honed her knowledge of home construction and renovation in the lumber industry for nearly two decades, the majority of time serving as general manager.
A resident of Darien, Kim simultaneously partnered her insight in home improvement and knowledge of her hometown market with her experience helping her husband, a homebuilder for over 35 years. Since receiving her real estate license, she has helped buyers and sellers of property in the area achieve their unique goals with integrity, honesty and hard work.
Key to what makes the real estate process so seamless and enjoyable for her clients is Kim’s ability to listen, yet never push people into making snap decisions. Rather her role is to identify someone’s needs and provide the information necessary to paint a full picture, and inspire the right decisions when it comes to a purchase or sale.
Kim is a member of the Darien Board of Realtors, Darien Multiple Listing Service, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, Connecticut Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
