Korey Klostermeier, with over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, knows how to get the job done. Korey’s career has moved him around the U.S. where he has been an active investor in real estate for over 25 years. Korey understands the importance of listening to his clients and customers needs and works diligently to provide them with solutions. Korey’s ultimate goal is to completely satisfy his clients and customers and to exceed their expectations.

Korey has a passion for real estate and has restored several historic homes in New Jersey, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Los Angeles, Dallas and most recently, his 1904 vintage, historic apartment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

Korey’s career, prior to joining Halstead, has provided him with an intimate knowledge of real estate from the standpoint of a supplier of all types of building materials to a renovator of both commercial and residential properties. As a result, Korey has personally transacted a couple dozen buys and sells and intimately understands the needs of both buyers and sellers.

Korey and his wife Janice are very active in supporting all aspects of the New York City arts scene. They regularly attend Broadway and Off-Broadway theatrical productions, the New York Philharmonic and take full advantage of the jewel of a city that we live in.
