Kris Sylvester is patient, helpful and understanding; this enables him to quickly satisfy your needs whether you're a new or experienced buyer or renter.
Kris brings a certain kindness, honesty and fairness to his approach. Former record label owner, specializing in alternative rock and alternative country, he started out in the real estate business when he bought his first investment property. One of Kris’ first clients was a featured actor from the top box office film—American Gangster.
Boasting 20 years living in New York, Kris has focused on the Downtown area, from the West Village to Union Square, and currently he is impressed and excited by what you can find in the “new” old neighborhoods of Brooklyn. In addition to his love for New York real estate, he is a good listener and recognizes your home design and architecture requirements, particularly “green architecture,” recently completing the LEED AP course. In Spring 2010 he renovated his personal condo where he utilized green elements in many aspects of the work.
