Laurence Pinckney is a Vice President and a Associate Broker for Halstead Property, LLC. A member of Halstead's Platinum Circle and the Real Estate Board of New York, Laurence joined Halstead with a wealth of knowledge of real estate and people. Formerly an entertainment manager and film producer, Laurence understands the art of negotiation, how to market special properties and an expert on working with sellers and buyers alike.
As a Downtown & Harlem specialist, Laurence has sold all types of properties including co-ops, condos and townhouses. He prides himself on dedicated service to his sellers and buyers. This year, Laurence celebrates his 15th year as a Real Estate professional. He has listed and sold a variety of properties from estates to many celebrities and business executives to starter homes and apartments. Although the majority of his business is in sales, occasionally utilizes his unique marketing approach to list rental properties and to find special rental properties for his customers to rent.
Customers, clients and agents who have worked with him appreciate his knowledge, style and commitment. Laurence has a unique style, which is reflective of his past employment with Mobil Oil, Phillip Morris USA, entertainment firms and his years in the real estate industry in New York and New Jersey.
As a million dollar sales associate producer, Laurence's previous real estate experience includes Friedman Associates of Saddle River, Weichert Realtors of Ft.
