A consummate professional, Lee Moskof brings eight years of experience in real estate residential sales and a wealth of business experience to Halstead Property. Since entering the industry, she has consistently earned accolades as a top producer and has delivered outstanding results for her customers and clients. She is committed, tireless, creative and proactive, willing to go the extra mile for her sellers and buyers.
Lee has a diverse background both in business, social services and the arts that serves her customers well in real estate transactions. She served as VP of the Tarrytown Executive Conference Center and Tarrytown Group for 10 years. After its sale, she worked as a consultant to entrepreneurial ventures that immersed her in many new arenas, including Original Artists, an artist management company that managed such renowned artists as Bobby McFerrin, Laurie Anderson, Bela Fleck, and Raffi among others; Pomposello Studios, a NYC sound studio; Wainwright House in Rye NY, reorganizing it as a conference center; and special events at the United Nations for several worldwide events including the Beijing Conference on Women and the International Children’s Conference in NYC, to name a few.
Lee was also a paraprofessional social worker at Bronx Lebanon Hospital and the Pleasantville Cottage School. That experience provided Lee with tools necessary to work with any individual’s needs. She is well rounded and knowledgeable and her broad experience gives her a distinct advantage over the competition.
Lee’s discipline and work ethic is also evident in her experience in the performing arts. A graduate of the Juilliard School with a major in piano, she has always kept her hand in the world of performance. In addition to her classical training, she became involved in theatre, a world that she loved, as Musical Director of many shows in the metropolitan area which led to starting her own production company, and then, the penultimate experience, a partnership with veteran producer, Eugene Wolsk, that brought her into the world of Broadway.
On a personal level, what Lee values most in this world is home and family. Helping others find their own home is a rewarding experience for her because she recognizes the many advantages of home ownership, from the financial to the emotional. For the past 11 years, Lee has lived in Riverdale with her husband, a graphic designer and artist, moving from the Upper Westside of Manhattan and, before that, a home in Chappaqua, NY. She also feels fortunate that her daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter live but a few blocks away in Riverdale. Lee is constantly discovering tucked away streets, quiet knolls and surprises in her community that is so close to Manhattan. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm with her customers about Riverdale, the town she calls “home.”
