A Manhattan Broker since 1982 Lia has worked in hot, cold, and near dead real estate markets. She’s dealt with Mortgage interest rates of 17%, and wide spread foreclosures. The lesson of being creative and never giving up has been hard won. Whether you’re buying or selling Lia knows “it’s all about you”.

A lover of the Arts, Ballet, Opera, Music and Theater Lia has traveled extensive through out the United States, Europe and Asia, pursuing her passions, and buying items for a wholesale home décor company that she owns with her husband. Accordingly, she is familiar with the ups and downs of running a business and keeping many diverse projects afloat. She has intimate knowledge of the financial requirements of a buyer making a first time purchase or a tenth time purchase. “The numbers don’t lie” and a thorough knowledge of the required numbers keeps things from becoming unhappy. This also focuses the buyer upon what is really possible and what is not. This saves all concerneda lot of wasted time. Serving as the President of her co-op for over twenty years Lia is highly skilled in putting together sterling board packages, and has never had a buyer rejected by a co-op board.

Lia’s involvement with the Home Décor business also keeps her eye fresh for new design directions. This, in turn, translates to the customer when she assists them with the potential a new environment holds. Many people see only what is before them and need guidance to see all of the possibilities. This is Lia’s forte – the possibilities.
