As honest as she is humble, Liana Megre brings years of personal investment experience to her career as a real estate agent.

Residing on the Upper West Side, Liana has her hand on the pulse of New York City as one of its residents. Liana has always had a passion for real estate, so much so that it has rubbed off on her son. After having attended Boston University for business, he currently resides in Manhattan working full-time as an auditor but still finds time to make full use of his real estate license. Liana’s daughter is also a reflection of her mother, having inherited her intelligence and drive - she is currently attending Harvard as an undergraduate.

Having been on both sides of the table, Liana understands buyers and sellers. With her husband, she owns several properties throughout Manhattan and Queens. She knows this business inside and out because she is often herself a buyer or a seller and understands how much a property means to an individual. This first hand personal experience gives her insight to all aspects of real estate on more than just a business level.

When working with buyers, Liana often thinks to her self, "Would I buy this property?" Preferences aside, she makes sure her customers know everything there is to know about a property before making a decision to buy. She is as serious about her customers' investments as she is about her own. With sellers, Liana takes the property on as if it were her own as well. Her clients are kept abreast of market prices and provided with helpful feedback from buyers after every open house. She uses the marking tools at Halstead Property to ensure the maximum exposure of the exclusive property.

Focused on fostering long-term business relationships with clients, Liana has planned for a very long career in real estate and has already developed a business based heavily on referrals. With years of networking and investing experience, she is a valuable advocate for sellers and buyers alike and extends her efforts in every direction to get them what they need. In addition, Liana is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Prior to moving to Manhattan, Liana was a speech pathologist in Russia. A patient educator, she uses this skill to help her customers make informed decisions they are comfortable with. Her extensive property research and attention to detail eliminate any last minute surprises, allowing for a smooth transaction.
