Liling Yung understands how busy her clients are, so she always has just one goal in mind – to help them find a home that meets their needs as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. She accomplishes this by using the skills she has acquired during a business career that spans over two decades, which include her tireless attention to detail.

Specifically, as a law office manager for the past 20 years, Liling has been responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient and cost-effective operation of law firms. She has negotiated numerous contracts, developed and implemented budgets, established staff organizational structures, evaluated and administered salaries, reviewed employee benefits, and reviewed and updated technology, physical facilities, furnishings and equipment.

In the course of her career, Liling has also developed expertise in real estate. For example, she critically evaluated more than 70 different spaces in connection with the relocation of her firm’s offices. And she worked closely on every aspect of the build-out of the new office.

But Liling’s law office management career isn’t the only basis for her real estate expertise. She has also completely gutted and renovated two apartments in Manhattan. And she’s currently enrolled at the Parson School of Design, studying for a certificate in Interior Design.

In short, Liling’s background and experience make her uniquely qualified to help a client find a home for any budget. Her extensive network of contacts allows her to call on a team of mortgage brokers, lawyers and contractors if either minor or significant renovations are called for required.

Liling does not view a home sale as merely a one-time transaction. Rather, she hopes to cultivate long- term relationships with her clients; she is here to help each client find not just their first home but their future homes as well.

Liling also speaks, reads and writes Mandarin.
