Lily Kaplan, an associate broker, has been selling real estate for over twenty years. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and a recipient of Halstead's Gold Circle and Platinum Circle awards.

Having lived in Manhattan for most of her life, she is familiar with its many diverse neighborhoods. She is equally knowledgeable and comfortable selling coops, condos and townhouses wherever her clients want to be.

Ms. Kaplan's success in selling exclusives results from her working closely with her sellers, keeping them informed and updated on the progress she is making and making sure that the properties attract prospective buyers. When representing buyers, her success is due to her focus, listening to what her buyers want and need and following up closely to make sure that her deals come to a smooth and successful conclusion.Her knowledge of the workings of coop boards and managing agents permits her to bring sellers and buyers together and drive deals to successful closure.
