Liz Yu Chiang uses her 13 years of experience as an investment banking and capital markets executive at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse to help individuals, families and investors achieve their real estate goals. In addition to her financial acumen, negotiation skills and good judgment, she prides herself first and foremost on her integrity, honesty and commitment to her clients. She firmly believes in providing each client with the utmost level of attention and confidentiality in earning their trust.
Liz has real estate investment experience both in Manhattan and in international markets and has developed a keen understanding of property valuation during different economic cycles. Because of her strong background in accounting, finance and legal issues, she has been asked to serve on multiple boards of directors of homeowners/community master associations. In addition, she is the Treasurer for the co-op where she resides.
Liz brings an insider’s knowledge to her real estate transactions. She has lived in Manhattan for nearly twenty years, and has owned, as well as rented, apartments in many different neighborhoods, including Chelsea, the East Village, the Flatiron District, Midtown and now Carnegie Hill, where she lives with her husband and two school-aged children. Liz graduated from Brown University and has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. In her spare time, Liz enjoys playing tennis, traveling to Costa Rica and discovering new restaurants in all of New York City’s many neighborhoods. She speaks fluent Mandarin.
