When you say Real Estate in Riverdale, New York - the name that invariably always comes to mind for over 30 years is Lola Livingston. Besides this petite dynamo's huge hats and boundless energy and enthusiasm, what buyers and sellers always remember is Lola's professionalism and meticulous attention to every facet of a transaction. Lola gained a reputation for her innovative approach to sales by focusing on good old fashioned customer service. In Riverdale, Lola was instrumental in initiating the original conversion of many existing cooperative and condominium buildings, including the prestigious "Hayden-on-Hudson". Her career in real estate has blossomed into a very strong referral network of repeat business. Lola is also active in the sales and rental markets in Manhattan and on a referral base in Florida.
Lola is a resident of Riverdale since 1963 and also spends time in her Florida home. She retired as the Director of Consumer Relations for a large textile firm in Manhattan in order to raise her two children. Subsequently, Lola chose a career in real estate.
Her reputation is, in large part, based on the care and concern she shows for each individual's needs and her follow through. Just ask any past or present client.
When time permits, you find Lola enjoying a game of golf… at the theatre… concerts… or traveling - all of which take a back seat to the real estate business she truly embraces.
