In 2005 I decided to look for a place to buy in Manhattan. At that time, the real estate market was hot and there was a lot of competition to represent properties. At first I tried looking on my own and then interviewed several agents in Manhattan. Lucy appealed to me most. Over the past eight years in New York City, Lucy has helped American and European clients buy and sell multi-million dollar properties in the Upper West Side, the Upper East Side and Greenwich Village. She has also worked with first-time and pied-a-terre buyers to purchase studio to two-bedroom apartments across Manhattan. Her expertise has enabled her to help them meet the challenges of finding property in the many, diverse neighborhoods of New York City, as well as to guide them through the daunting experience of dealing with New York co-op and cond-op boards.

After a long career in international relations and the U.S. Diplomatic Corps, Lucy settled in New York City, where she had personally been buying and selling property for many years. Because of her own 30 years of experience in buying and selling properties in New York, as well as in Washington, D.C, California, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania and Ohio, Lucy personally learned the ropes of buying, selling, renting and managing real estate properties, as well as relocating. She has a unique understanding what you go through to find, purchase and /or sell an apartment. In residential real estate, she has done it all!

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she graduated from Wellesley College, and, after living in Argentina, went on to earn a graduate degree in International Relations from the School of International Service at American University. In her spare time, she enjoys singing as a mezzo soprano with the Blue Hill Troupe and Village Light Opera Company of New York.
