Margaret M. Anna has a multi-faceted, in-depth knowledge of residential real estate working for over 25 years as a professional agent, associate broker, broker and, ultimately, Director of Sales.
Prior to joining Halstead Margaret was associated with Atco Residential Group selling and renting studios and townhouses at all price levels in areas from Greenwich Village to Harlem.
Margaret was the Director of Sales for Metropolitan Living, Ltd (Rockrose Development) for over seven years managing the sales program as well as selling and renting co-ops and condominiums. After a two year hiatus in the Dominican Republic marketing new oceanfront condominiums, she returned to New York City and joined Habitations Limited, as a sales agent in Greenwich Village.
Margaret personally invests in cooperative and condominium apartments and has extensive experience managing residential property. She currently specializes in the sale and rental of cooperative and condominium apartments throughout Manhattan.
When she isn’t helping her clients sell or buy their perfect home, Margaret enjoys leisure time spent with her husband at their home in the Adirondack Mountains, skiing & boating in their fully restored 1955 Chris-Craft Holiday. She is a member of The Antique & Classic Boat Society and is active with the Adirondack Chapter organizing the annual Fulton Chain Rendezvous.
Margaret is a long-standing member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and was active on their REBNY Listing System (RLS) and Technology Committees. She is a member of Halstead Property’s Platinum Circle and Gold Circle.
