I welcome inquiries about the sale, purchase or rental of Manhattan's fine residential properties as well as tax-deferred exchanges of investment property. I am a fourth-generation New Yorker with over twenty years' experience in real estate sales and a lifetime of experience in ownership of personal residences and investment properties. As an Executive Vice President and Associate Broker at Halstead Property, LLC, I specialize in Exclusive Listing Sales on New York's Upper East Side, am an honoree of Halstead's Producers Council and am consistently ranked in the top 10% of the firm's brokers. My successful sales have included a wide range of properties from Fifth and Park Avenues to East End Avenue, Sutton & Beekman Place as well as the side streets, especially the East Seventies where I live. My marketing skills for exclusive listings have produced excellent results for twelve room classics as well as small homes from Maisonettes on up to penthouses and townhouses as well. And buyers have complimented me on my extensive research in pursuit of the right property at the right price.

I bring to real estate skills in creative & effective marketing, in-depth research & analysis and investment valuation learned during a successful previous career in the financial world. During thirteen years at Merrill Lynch as an investment analyst, interviewer & editor, I won interviews with over 1000 of the nation's leading CEOs of such companies as IBM, Chase, AT&T, Merck, Disney, Coca-Cola & GM to name a few. From these CEOs I learned the secrets of successful marketing while evaluating investment potential. I have since authored many magazine articles and film strips on investments and personal financial management and offered a course called "Mastering Your Financial Affairs" for women. And while real estate is my primary focus today, I continue my financial interest as a consultant/security analyst with investment counselors Platt Capital Management. My financial expertise is very helpful in dealing with real estate - the largest single investment most people ever make.

Personally, I am a wife and mother who has learned the ins & outs of raising and educating a son and a daughter in the city. A graduate of the Chapin School in New York and Wellesley College (Mass) as an economics major, I am a longtime resident owner on Manhattan's Upper East Side and also own and manage investment properties.
