Marian is an experienced residential broker in Manhattan selling co-ops, condos and townhouses while keeping current with changing market conditions. She enthusiastically looks forward to assisting customers with their specific real estate needs. In her career surge at other premier Manhattan real estate firms, Marian's added sensitivity to sellers and buyers who are upsizing or downsizing comes from her own life experiences negotiating apartments and homes in New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
A Manhattan resident since 1972, Marian is a dual citizen of The United States and Italy. Her love and enthusiasm for New York joins forces with her passion for architectural design and home décor that blends perfectly with her particular business talents and acumen. As a healthcare communications and graphic design sales and marketing executive, she honed her talents focusing on client needs and fulfillment. For more than 20 years, she successfully dealt with top Fortune 500 clients nationally and internationally by listening, designing projects and always looking for that extra added value.
Searching for that special apartment, loft or townhouse can be a daunting experience even for the seasoned buyer or seller. But with Marian's experience and special blend of energy, enthusiasm and added focus and in-depth personal knowledge of New York's great neighborhoods as well as selected country locations, a serious real estate search can be fun as well as rewarding.
While earning a degree from Fordham University, Marian initially lived in Manhattan's Upper West Side and subsequently moved to various other Eastside and Midtown neighborhoods where she raised her children. She currently resides in Murray Hill and Connecticut with her husband. Marian enjoys the opera, theatre, reading, skiing, horseback riding, architecture and art and design. Her favorite charity is Fordham University Lincoln Center.
