Mariana Vinnitska is friendly, honest and open and she brings a positive and attentive approach to all of her real estate interactions. Prior to pursuing career in real estate, she gained experience and knowledge working for more than a decade at a Land Use and Zoning Firm. Mariana possesses an exceptional work ethic and is very passionate about her true calling that she found at Halstead Property. She emigrated from Ukraine almost two decades ago, moved to NYC and made it into her home.
Mariana graduated from a top university in Ukraine with degrees in Art and Literature and Child Psychology. She’s a well rounded individual who makes lasting connections and understands the different needs and desires of her clients. Before moving to New York, Mariana lived in France and Canada. She knows firsthand how to make moving a smooth process and how to turn a new address into a warm and inviting home.
In her spare time, Mariana enjoys opera, ballet, reading, tennis and swimming. She is an excellent cook who loves to entertain. She is an expert in all of Manhattan, but in particular she knows and loves the Upper East Side. Mariana is a member of REBNY.
