Mark Levin is a seasoned commercial real estate professional. Over the previous nine years he has accumulated a portfolio of over twenty five properties, which he currently owns and manages. His ownership experience includes residential, retail and office properties. Additionally, in 2008 he earned a juris doctorate by graduating magna cum laude from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchberg Law Center.

Since joining Halstead's Investment Sales Division, Mark has naturally progressed to specialize in income producing properties, especially multi-family and mixed use properties. His value added approach has led him to research and position our Division to capitalize on the distressed asset market in the coming years, which is bound to become one of the most active and profitable sectors of the real estate market.

Because of his years of hands-on investment experience and legal background, he is able to understand and correctly analyze the many complex dynamics and variables of an investment transaction.
