Melissa Piccolomo’s passion for real estate began at the age of 21 when she purchased her first Co-op apartment in Rockland County. Having purchased and renovated several properties in New York City and New Jersey, she has gained significant experience in understanding the real estate market and the value each property has. This allows Melissa to assist and educate home buyers and investors about New York's unique real estate market.
Prior to real estate, Melissa honed her business skills while working in the electronic and retail industry. She has an incredible ability to manage many different projects with attention to detail. She is prompt, courteous and savvy while always pushing for her client’s needs and she approaches every detail with energy and passion, putting her clients at ease and allowing them to enjoy the process of finding a home.
Melissa has a great love for New York City, its vibrant character, history, culture, people and importance. Melissa currently resides in the West Village with her husband and two children. She is active in the local schools and community. Prior to moving into her current residence, she called Hell’s Kitchen home.
