Michael Davis is thrilled to be a part of Halstead Property Development Marketing’s new and exciting project, the 505 HK. Mr. Davis has had a long and successful real estate career. Through the years, Michael has worked in all facets of New York real estate but his first love has always been on-site sales. Past projects that Michael has worked on include 420 W 42nd, The Cocoa Exchange and 1 Ave B. Michael truly shines when working with buyers through the entire process from offering plan to move in.
For 20 years, Michael was an internationally known opera singer, performing at such illustrious venues as The Met, The State Theater of Bonn, and in Monte Carlo for Prince Rainer. The qualities that made him a successful singer - passion, hard work, and personality - are the same qualities that make him a sought after on-site real estate professional. His humor, caring attitude and an extensive knowledge of new development in Manhattan makes Michael the perfect choice for all of your new development needs.
