Michael DuBour has been consistently working in the real estate industry since 1993. Early in his career, he realized that being a Real Estate Broker would enable him to best help Sellers and Buyers delineate their goals.
Currently, Michael is a Vice President, Associate Real Estate Broker with The Perry Roth Team, here at Halstead Property. He shares Perry’s desire to be upfront, honest and caring with clients and customers. Michael moved to the Upper West Side in the spring of 2010 and has already helped numerous sellers and buyers achieve their goals. His friendly demeanor, knowledge of real estate and ability to connect with his clients and customers brings a refreshing energy to the process.
Michael started his real estate career in Phoenix, Arizona and moved to Boston to work in property management. He was involved in residential, commercial and project management for 12 years.
In 2003, Michael moved to Provincetown, Massachusetts on Cape Cod where he developed a successful management firm. He transitioned into real estate sales and became a top ranked broker in the market. Michael hosted radio and television programs and incorporated blogging and social media to set him apart from the competition. He was also a Contributing Writer for a Boston based lifestyle magazine.
Throughout his career, he has always been involved with social issues. He served on the Board of Directors for Dignity/Boston and The ASGCC on Cape Cod. In New York City, he volunteers his time with Stomp Out Bullying.
Michael has immersed himself in a Manhattan lifestyle. He has performed at The New York Comedy Club, appeared on “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and has written for the New York magazine, “Animal Fair.” He equally enjoys walks through Central Park, a visit to the theatre and meeting diverse people everyday.
When you are selling your home or ready to buy, Michael brings a dimension of professionalism and caring to your journey. The trip to the closing table is navigated much easier and effectively when he is working for you.
