Watch My Video Biography
Born and raised in the New York metropolitan area, Michael became a full-fledged New Yorker in 1995, and he is here to stay. Although he may reluctantly leave for an occasional weekend or short vacation, he is always eager to return to the home he has chosen.
Michael brings his passion for the city to the real estate business after ten years of marketing experience in the investment management industry. Whether buyers or sellers, tenants or landlords, he especially enjoys working with clients and listening to their needs in order to facilitate the perfect match--for real estate is essentially a match-making process.
On the personal level, Michael is a people person who understands the rollercoaster of anxieties and emotions clients experience in dealing with their homes. A homeowner himself, he is able to patiently hold a steady keel in helping them navigate the storm. On the business level, armed with a degree in engineering from Princeton, Michael offers his clients expert analytic and quantitative skills for strategically assessing the market.
Michael ranks among his favorite pastimes strolling through the neighborhoods, streets, parks and promenades of New York, absorbing the beauty and history of the city's buildings and landmarks. An avid theatergoer and a strong supporter of New York's rich artistic and cultural communities, Michael has himself been seen in many stage productions around the city in various venues ranging from a parking lot on the Lower East Side to the venerable halls of the Theater District. For everyone from New York natives to people making their first move here, Michael looks forward to sharing all the excitement and possibilities of living in the Big Apple.
