Michelle Nicole Wesley, native New Yorker and long –time resident of Greenwich Village, has an undeniable, innate sensibility of the neighborhood and all that it has to offer. Her genuine interest in the love for the historical and architectural attributes of this predominantly pre-war constructed locale has resulted in the cultivation of a deftness and expertise that directly benefits all of her clients.
Michelle admittedly has a passion for the Village, and “can’t imagine living anywhere else”. She also believes that “although the Village has changed dramatically over the years, the sense of excitement hasn’t”- as it continues to emit a kind of energy that fascinates her.
Aside from an intimate knowledge of and appreciation for the neighborhood , which makes her an authentic Greenwich Village specialist, Michelle applies her unique artistic style and keen understanding of the aesthetic potential of space to help her clients find wonderful Manhattan properties throughout the City, as well as to assist them in optimizing their living experience. Her mantra is “there is a great home out there for everyone, yet it sometimes takes vision to appreciate one you may not have considered independently.

It is her benevolent and giving nature which becomes the lasting trademark by which all of relationships are memorialized.
Michelle’s who has long held a passion for real estate ,was ultimately hooked by the notion of making it her profession after being told by the CEO of a music company for whom she worked that “if anyone can find me an apartment, you can”.
Her drive, tenacity and high standards in securing the perfect space paid off, and resulted in a home beyond his and his family’s expectations. Today, this dynamic, dedicated professional provides the same outstanding service and dedication to all of her clients.
Michelle attended Cooper Union and the International Center for Photography. She later focused on her innate creativity and business sense in founding her own company which designed and manufactured lingerie, sleepwear, and ready-to-wear clothing that sold to such high-end stores as Barney’s and Bendel, and throughout the U.S., Europe , Japan and Asia as well. Eventually, she opened a store in Soho on Prince Street, which became a fixture there for many years, and was noted by New York Magazine as the city’s “smallest department store” for its eclectic mix of goods.
After Michelle’s 20 year run with her business, she began consulting clients on creating new living environments, including design and storage solutions for their apartments-which business has since evolved into a full-time career in real estate.
Besides her professional commitment, Michelle is a firm believer in giving back to the community. She is a member of the 9th Street Block Association and the Greenwich Village Preservation Society, and has volunteered a great deal for other worthwhile causes over the years. In her spare time, she enjoys galleries, films, theater, photography, cooking, dining out, fishing, hiking, and even spending time at home with her beloved pets. Notably, she is an avid animal lover, whose own caboodle of 4-legged cuties include her adorable Schipperke named “Bingo” ; her cat “Bug”.
