Originally a native New Yorker, Nancy started working in real estate as a New York State licensee for a major international corporation as their relocation specialist. That experience has made her sensitive to the special challenges facing those who are relocating. When working with buyers, her goal is to find the home that best fits their needs in addition to helping them adjust to their new surroundings. As a sellers’ agent, she works diligently to market and sell property for a fair price as quickly as possible, so the sellers can move on with their lives.
Nancy moved to Wilton, Connecticut over twenty years ago, raising her two children and working in interior design. In 2002, she acquired her Connecticut real estate license and joined the Wilton office of Country Living Associates where she became the 2007 Top Sales Producer. Working in many Fairfield County markets, Nancy services Wilton, Norwalk, Fairfield, Trumbull, Shelton and Bridgeport. She is also a member of the Greater New Haven MLS and services the Milford area as well.
Nancy has successfully brought to closing hundreds of transactions and has worked closely with real estate developers on projects to restore and renovate historic factory buildings, converting to new construction condominiums.
Nancy is a dedicated agent who will work hard for you – whether you are buying or selling a home. Honesty and integrity are paramount to her, and working enthusiastically in the best interest of her clients is always her objective.

The natural wood-colored colonial at 578 Roosevelt Drive (Route 34) in Oxford is a rather deceptive house but it is worthy of serious consideration.
